How we charge.
Fullhaura does not publish a rate card. Restaurant, beach club and nightclub bookings on the Saint-Tropez peninsula are flat-rated: the fee is set out in a written quote, paid before we contact the venue and refunded in full if we cannot secure the table. Yacht, helicopter, transport and private chef are quoted case by case.
Tables: a flat rate
Restaurant, beach club and nightclub bookings on the peninsula are flat-rated. The amount is given in the written quote and is not published on the site. The fee is paid before we contact the venue. If we cannot secure the reservation, we refund it in full.
Everything else: quoted case by case
Yacht, helicopter, transport, private chef, florist, hair and makeup, house management, cleaning and laundry: each service is priced on its own. The quote sets out the nature, date, scope and price. It reaches you by email, WhatsApp or the private portal, and work begins after your written acceptance and payment of the agreed fee.
What is included
We take no markup on your bill: you settle the venue directly at the table. When a venue asks for a deposit, it is passed through with no markup, on a separate line. If the venue cancels, our fee is refunded in full and the work of finding another table is included. In a force majeure case (mistral, a grounded helicopter, a public health closure, a venue shutting unexpectedly), we relocate or refund at no additional cost.
Card processing and cancellation
Above €2,000 in deposits, a "card processing 3%" line may be added, and it is disclosed in advance. Card processing fees are not refunded by Stripe if a booking is cancelled. If you cancel before the venue has confirmed, you get a full refund. After the venue confirms, its own cancellation policy applies.
What the venue itself costs: Club 55
This is the venue's bill, not our fee. For lunch at Club 55 in Ramatuelle, plan on €100 to €200 per person including wine, and above €250 per person if you order Champagne. Club 55 does not publish a minimum spend, but in peak August there effectively is one. It is the only figure of this kind published on the site.
What we do not sell
No Monaco Grand Prix seats: they come from the Automobile Club de Monaco, we do not resell them and we take no commission on them. No Grand Prix package and no Port Hercule berthing.
