Fullhaura, an independent concierge based in Sainte-Maxime, requests restaurant, beach club and nightclub tables on the Saint-Tropez peninsula by phone, in French, with venues that know us. The answer reaches you in writing before you land. In August the venues fill four to six weeks ahead. Failed reservation, zero fee.
The Saint-Tropez peninsula in peak August is a sport. The venues you want to be at sell out four to six weeks ahead, and most of them refuse online reservations for groups. The work is a phone call, to someone who knows you, in French, between 9am and 11am when the maître d' is actually answering.
We make those calls. We have working relationships, not vendor lists. When we send your request, the venue knows who we are, and we know what to ask for: the right seating, the right angle for photos, the right timing for a birthday dessert, the dietary detail. All in writing, before you land.
When a venue cancels, and it happens, late, in August, we move the next night's booking without re-negotiating. We don't take a markup on your bill. We don't push you toward the venue paying us the most. Pricing is held in writing, before we lift a phone.

How a request works
- You write on WhatsApp with the date, time, adult and child numbers, dietary requirements and an indicative budget.
- We send a written quote. The fee for a table booking is paid before we contact the venue.
- We call the venue, in French, and share any deposit or cancellation terms with you before you agree.
- A table is confirmed only once the venue confirms it. If we cannot secure it, the fee is refunded in full.
- You settle the bill directly at the table, with no markup from us.

Can you secure a table at Club 55 in August?
We try, and we tell you the truth on day one. Club 55 in peak August is the single hardest table on the peninsula. We've secured it, and we've been refused. The booking fee is paid before we make the request and refunded in full if we cannot get the table.
Do you charge if the venue cancels at the last minute?
If we cannot secure the table, we refund the fee paid in advance in full. If the venue later cancels, we look for another table at no extra charge or refund our fee.
Do you take a markup on the bill?
We don't. We charge our fee for the booking, in writing, on your card. You settle the venue bill directly at the table.
