The Monaco Yacht Show
in 2026.

The show takes Port Hercule from 23 to 26 September 2026. For those four days the port is not a port, it is the exhibition. Here is what that changes for a berth, for a table, and for the whole week.

The Monaco Yacht Show runs at Port Hercule from 23 to 26 September 2026. The yachts along the quays are not visitors, they are the exhibitors. That distinction is the one most berth requests miss, and it governs everything else.

The week around the show is one of the densest of the year on the Riviera. Evening tables fill before flights are booked, and crews arrive several days ahead of owners.

The berth question

Monaco's ports are run by the Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Monaco, the SEPM. Berth requests go through their client portal, not through an intermediary. We do not sell berths, and nobody serious will promise you one for show week.

For those four days most of Port Hercule is given over to the show itself. A boat that is not exhibiting berths elsewhere. Fontvieille on the other side of the Rock, Cap-d'Ail just west, Beaulieu and Villefranche a few miles along, Menton to the east. None of those ports guarantees anything in September, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What we do is the rest of it. The car waiting at the right quay, the table that holds at 10pm when dinner runs late, the crew housed, the villa if you would rather sleep ashore.

The tables, and why they go early

Monaco has few covers for the number of people who arrive that week. The rooms facing the port go first, for an obvious reason. You dine above the thing you came to see.

La Môme Monaco is a rooftop over Port Hercule. Gaia, Coya and Cipriani are a few minutes' walk away, around the Casino. Jimmy'z takes over when the dinners end.

The useful lead time is four to six weeks before the show for a table of ten or more. Later than that we will try, but we will not promise what we cannot hold.

Moving around during the week

Monaco is two square kilometres and the show closes part of it. The car that drops you is almost never the car that collects you in the same place, because the quays change status from one day to the next.

The helicopter from Nice is still the shortest way in, and it is also the one that fills fastest that week. From the Saint-Tropez peninsula the road is long, and on a Saturday evening it is longer.

The mistake everyone makes

Treating the show as a four-day event. It starts on the Monday, for crews, transfers and tables. By Wednesday morning the city is already full. When a request lands on the Monday of show week, what is left to give is what nobody else wanted.

We call in the morning, Monaco time.

Frequently asked

The show, the questions.

What are the Monaco Yacht Show 2026 dates?
23 to 26 September 2026, at Port Hercule in Monaco. The dates are published by the show organiser.
Can you get a berth at Port Hercule during the show?
Monaco's ports are run by the SEPM and berth requests go through their client portal. For those four days Port Hercule is occupied by the yachts exhibiting, so a boat that is not exhibiting berths elsewhere. We do not sell berths and we do not promise space.
Which ports are near Monaco during show week?
Fontvieille on the other side of the Rock, Cap-d'Ail just west, Beaulieu and Villefranche a few miles along, Menton to the east. Availability is never a given in September and has to be asked port by port.
How far ahead should an evening table be booked?
Four to six weeks before the show for a table of ten or more. Inside that window we will try, without promising anything we cannot hold.
What does a concierge actually do that week?
Tables and seating, transfers and the quays that keep changing, housing for the crew, the villa ashore, and somebody who answers when the plan moves at 7pm.
