The table
Born in London, COYA plays its Peruvian repertoire in Monte-Carlo: bright, sharply cut ceviches, grilled anticuchos, Nikkei plates where Lima meets Japan. At the bar, pisco rules, worked into sours and house infusions.
After dark
Lunch runs long and bright, then the terrace takes over at dusk, the Mediterranean on one side and the Rocher behind. Live music, art on the walls, Latin energy: you come for dinner and stay for the night.
