Girafe is a celebration of seafood from the French coasts: fish, shellfish and crustaceans in all their forms, served with graceful, precise and friendly gestures.
Dirand's 1930s room
Joseph Dirand imagined the interiors in a 1930s spirit: cream banquettes, a marble bar, tropical plants and the palace's original pilasters. Outside, the terrace keeps a direct line to the Eiffel Tower, and dinner runs late, every night until 2am.
