We work with florists in Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, and Ramatuelle who cut for the day rather than the week. Local seasonal stems first: lavender in June, peonies in early July, dahlias and ranunculus in August.
Three usual moments: the arrival arrangement on the day the villa opens, a birthday or anniversary surprise placed at breakfast before the day begins, and the dinner-party centerpiece, sized for the room you're actually eating in.
