Terms of service.

Quote and engagement
Each service is the subject of a written quote (email, WhatsApp, or private portal). The quote details the nature, date, scope, and price of the service. The engagement begins on your written acceptance of the quote.
Booking fees
Our fee is outcome-based. If a reservation cannot be confirmed by the venue, no fee is charged. Coordination fees (yacht, helicopter, private chef, transport, florist, etc.) are quoted case-by-case.
Deposits
When the venue requires a deposit, it is invoiced pass-through (no markup) and shown on a separate line. Card processing fees are not refunded by Stripe in case of cancellation. Above €2,000 in deposits, a "card processing 3%" line may be added and is disclosed in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellation by you: full refund if cancellation is notified before the venue confirms the reservation. After confirmation, the venue's cancellation policy applies. Cancellation by the venue: full refund of our fee, and re-routing work included.
Force majeure
Mistral, helicopter grounding, public health closure, unexpected venue closure: we work at your disposal to relocate or refund, at no additional cost.
