What we collect
When you write to us via the form or WhatsApp, we collect: your name, your email, your phone (if provided), your dates and party size, and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, organise your stay, and keep a written record of the commitments made. Nothing else. No profiling. No resale.
Where we store it
Your request reaches us by email via Resend, our transactional sending provider. We don't keep your message in a database — it arrives in our mailbox, like a regular email. No data is sent to an advertising system.
How long
For as long as it takes to handle your request, and kept as part of our email history after that, unless you are an active client (ongoing engagements are kept for the duration of the stay plus 5 years for accounting obligations).
Cookies
No cookie is set without your consent. If you accept the audience-measurement banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic; if you decline or don't respond, no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
