What we collect
When you write to us via the form or WhatsApp, we collect: your name, your email, your phone (if provided), your dates and party size, and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, organise your stay, and keep a written record of the commitments made. Nothing else. No profiling. No resale.
Where we store it
On our private infrastructure in France (PostgreSQL on a dedicated server) and with Resend for transactional email transit. No data is sent to an advertising system.
How long
24 months from our last contact. Beyond that, automatic deletion, unless you are an active client (ongoing engagements are kept for the duration of the stay plus 5 years for accounting obligations).
Cookies
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. We use a privacy-friendly analytics system (Plausible) that uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.
