Two people, one peninsula. Laurence Grech, twenty years on the ground in Sainte-Maxime: the cleaning, the laundry, the keys, the gardien on speed dial. Tristan Grech, her son, takes the booking calls, the transport, the yacht, the helicopter, the writing.

We started in 2018 with a single villa and two reservations. The work grew the same way the families grew: by referral, slowly, on the basis of a working diary that doesn't lose phone calls. We never sold. We have never bought an ad. We don't plan to.

The moat is the family. The cleaning crew is the booking team. The booking team knows the cleaning crew's schedule. When a villa owner asks for the same caretaker in March and the same concierge in August, it's the same household answering.

We're based on the Sainte-Maxime side of the Gulf. The Saint-Tropez peninsula is our home water. We travel for clients we already work with: Mykonos, Forte dei Marmi, the Hamptons. On quotation.
