Some families come to this coast to be seen. Others come for the sea, the quiet, and a house where everyone fits. This page is for the second kind.
Privacy before address
A hotel puts your family in a lobby. A house does not. For most of the families we look after, the right answer is a villa with its own gate, its own pool and its own kitchen, somewhere on the Sainte-Maxime side or above Ramatuelle, ten minutes from the water and far from the queue. We manage the house while you are in it, which is a different thing from handing you keys.
Room for three generations
Grandparents, parents, children and often staff, in one place, without anyone sleeping in a corridor. That is a question about layout and bedroom count, not about star ratings, and it is the first thing we check. If a house cannot take your numbers comfortably we will say so rather than sell it to you.
The food question, answered in writing
We do not certify anything and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is ask the kitchen directly, before you commit, and put the answer to you in writing: what can be prepared, what cannot, and whether a private chef at the villa is the simpler path. For a family that would rather not have the conversation at the table, it usually is.
Prayer, and quiet
Tell us and we will find you the nearest mosque and the driving time, and set aside a clean, quiet room at the house. If you need women only hours somewhere, we will ask and give you the honest answer rather than a maybe.
Arriving, and moving
Nice is the airport. From there it is a car, a helicopter, or a boat, and we will tell you plainly which one is worth it for your party and your luggage. Drivers stay with you for the week rather than being ordered each morning. The same applies to a tender for the day, or a yacht for longer.
The scene, only if you want it
Pampelonne on a Saturday in August is a spectacle, and some weeks that is exactly the point. It is also entirely optional. We know which tables are quiet at lunch, which beaches empty by four, and which evenings are worth the noise. You choose, and we hold the line either way.

How do you charge?
Restaurant bookings are flat-rated. Everything else is quoted, line by line, before we lift a phone. If a booking does not come through there is no fee.
