Someone on the ground, with the keys, who knows the pool guy. Pre-arrival inspection the morning of, key handover at the time you ask, on call for the leak at 11pm on Sunday.

Year-round caretaker presence for the villa owners we work with: opening and closing, contractor coordination, mail, garden, pool, alarm. For the peak season weeks we run the same rotation for renters: pre-arrival inspection, key handover, on-call maintenance, departure walk-through.

We've worked with villa owners on the peninsula since 2018. Family operation. Laurence Grech handles the in-villa work, Tristan handles the booking calls. One household, one number.

Lead time: 30 days for a full-season engagement, 7 days for a single arrival or departure. Sur devis.

Villa owner or renter?
Both. Owner engagements are usually year-round retainers; renter engagements are weekly or per-stay.
Key handover: in person or lockbox?
Either. In person is the default and the only way to walk through the villa with the guest. Lockbox is fine for late arrivals when we've briefed the guest by phone.
