Year-round caretaker presence for the villa owners we work with: opening and closing, contractor coordination, mail, garden, pool, alarm. For the peak season weeks we run the same rotation for renters: pre-arrival inspection, key handover, on-call maintenance, departure walk-through.
We've worked with villa owners on the peninsula since 2018. Family operation. Laurence Grech handles the in-villa work, Tristan handles the booking calls. One household, one number.

- Both. Owner engagements are usually year-round retainers; renter engagements are weekly or per-stay.
- Key handover: in person or lockbox?
- Either. In person is the default and the only way to walk through the villa with the guest. Lockbox is fine for late arrivals when we've briefed the guest by phone.
