Twiga Monte-Carlo.
Twiga Monte-Carlo sits on the top floor of the Grimaldi Forum, facing the Principality, between a timber-clad room and an open-air terrace. Dinner comes first, a kitchen turned toward the sea, then past midnight the room becomes a club where international DJs take the decks.
The table
Under a faceted timber ceiling, the Vesta room plays a kitchen turned toward the sea: chosen produce, season, precision over excess. You dine in the heart of the room or on the wide open terrace, the Principality and the harbour as a backdrop. On Fridays and Saturdays a dinner show lights the evening before the floor opens.
After dark
Past midnight Twiga changes skin: the table clears, the light drops and the club takes over. The sound blends afro house and deep house, carried by international DJs, in a room built for dancing late, steps from the sea.
